InspectionTriage pricing: $19 per report

Last updated November 4, 2026

One inspection report costs $19, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and no account to create.

What $19 includes

  • Decision Snapshot: The numbers that drive your decision on one screen: priority items, negotiation leverage, and specialist consultations to schedule.
  • What This Means For You: A plain-English narrative of what the inspection found, what's working well, and where to focus your energy. No jargon.
  • 7-Day Action Plan: Step-by-step tasks with owners, due dates, and deliverables tied to specific findings. Built for your contingency deadline.
  • Cost & Budget Roadmap: Low, typical, and high cost ranges with confidence levels. Organized by timeframe: now, 1 year, and 5 years.
  • Negotiation Playbook: Two strategies with ask/settlement ranges, high-leverage items, and draft language you can hand to your agent.
  • Share-Ready Documents: Decision Packet PDF, a separate Negotiation Playbook for your agent, and a Findings CSV for your records.

Every finding includes a reference to the page of your report it came from, so you can check it. The methodology page explains how findings are ranked and how cost ranges are built.

What you need

  • Your inspection report as a PDF of up to 25 MB. Scanned reports are supported.
  • An email address, used for checkout and to link your submission.
  • Your ZIP code or state, used to adjust cost ranges for your region.

After you pay

Analysis starts automatically once payment goes through. Your results page shows its progress, and the packet appears on that page when it is ready. The page has a unique link. Save or bookmark it, because there is no account to sign in to later, and download the PDFs once they are ready.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout in US dollars. InspectionTriage never receives your card details.

Refunds are governed by our Terms of Service.

What happens to your report

Your report’s extracted text and page images are sent to OpenAI for analysis and OCR. Your PDF and results are stored for a limited time so you can return to your packet. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@inspectiontriage.com. Uploads from checkouts that are never paid are deleted automatically, and free-scan files are deleted after processing. The privacy policy has the full details.

What it does not do

  • It does not inspect the house or replace your inspector.
  • It does not tell you whether to buy. The decision stays with you.
  • Its cost ranges are planning estimates, not contractor quotes.
