Terms of Service

By accessing or using InspectionTriage (the “Service”), operated by MALCO LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use InspectionTriage.

InspectionTriage is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze home inspection PDF reports. When you upload a report and complete payment, we generate a “Decision Packet” containing prioritized findings, cost ranges, negotiation options, due-diligence next steps, and downloadable exports.

Our output is informational only. It is not a professional home inspection, engineering assessment, legal opinion, or financial recommendation. We do not provide definitive buy/no-buy recommendations. We surface priorities, options, and tradeoffs so you can decide what is right for your situation.

No account creation is required. After payment, your analysis results are available at a unique URL. You are responsible for saving or bookmarking that URL. We recommend downloading your Decision Packet PDF promptly after it is ready.

The Service is available for a one-time payment of $49 per report, processed through Stripe Checkout. Payment is required before analysis begins. All prices are in USD.

We do not receive, process, or store your credit card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe. For details on how Stripe handles your data, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if the Service fails to produce a usable output. To request a refund, contact us at hello@inspectiontriage.com.

When using InspectionTriage, you agree not to:

• Upload files other than home inspection reports (do not upload sensitive personal documents, medical records, or unrelated files)
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially repackage the generated output
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-submit, or abuse the Service
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the system
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis pipeline

Each purchase entitles you to one report analysis.

You retain full ownership of any PDF you upload. MALCO LLC owns the InspectionTriage brand, analysis format, visual design, and presentation of the Decision Packet.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your generated Decision Packet for your own home-buying decision. You may share it with your real estate agent, inspector, or contractors in connection with that specific transaction.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Our analysis is generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Cost estimates are ranges based on general market data—they are not contractor quotes. You should always verify findings with licensed professionals before making decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MALCO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report. See our full Disclaimers for additional detail.

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the Service, including your email address, ZIP or state code, and the PDF you upload. Third-party processors assist with payment, AI analysis, and hosting. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access to InspectionTriage at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
